I personally use TITAN for Access, its a wee bit buggy and quite dear, but
for general everyday use its fine.
I like that it works in fine with all the Database aware components as it
uses TDataSets etc.
I have not found a product that hasn't worked with it yet.
I Know Chris Crowe has has some issues with it, but ALL in ALL its not too
bad.
The Other solution I use from time to time when I dont want the bloat of
adding database support to my project, I use ADO via OLE.
Its a bit fiddlier but it does the job well.
I use ADO when I am writing OCX controls that need to access Databases.

Subject: [DUG-DB]: Preferred solution for Access databases
What is (generally) the preferred solution for accessing MS Access
databases, with or without the BDE?
