[DUG-DB]: JPG files into Paradox tables

I have asked this one before and had no response.

How can I load JPG picture files into a paradox table during run time?

I know how to do bitmap (BMP) and metafiles (WMF) but not JPG.  I assume JPG
loading is similar to WMF.
