I have stopped using multi-threaded transactions in the meantime (Bummer
...)
I did not take it any further and have not got around to looking at it
again, may be IBX does this better - or maybe has just the same problems.

There was one memory Leak I found that you had to fix as each thread exited.
But beyond that I can't offer any further help in this area.
