Thanks for all the posts, I found a routine in the delphi help to do this as
well, but I think I like Aarons better :)
The problem I was having was my application was hanging when doing a batch
import of data to the table, packing it fixed the problem. Which leads me
to wondering how client/server databases, or even access handles this sort
of thing.
Do they automatically pack themselves?
