What you need to do is to call these Functions yourself
CoInitialize(NIL);
and
CoUninitialize;
Place the CoInitialize code maybe in the first form that is created, in the
FormCreate, or the Initialization section, and the CoUninitialize in the
FormDestory, or Finalization section.

Subject: [DUG-DB]: ADO NO GO
Hiya, I've got a slight problem with the TADOConnection component, it
works in a blank project ok but when I add it to my real project and run
the app I get an EOleSysError exception with the message "ColInitialize
has not been called." and then it crashes and dies.
Has anyone come accross this? I'm just about to apply the D5 and ADO
patches I downloaded last week so I dont know if they'll fix this.
