It should be mm/dd/yyyy if you're doing any sql in Access.

In my app I've been using dd-mmm-yyyy as a date format in my SQL, works
against paradox and sql7, however, I just tried accessing an access DB and
its giving errors about the date format, whats the appropriate format for
dates in sql against access?  I can't seem to find anything that it accepts.
