Hi Magne,

Currently we have two versions of PostgreSQL. If pgBouncer is linked with libpq 
then I think you should specify version. And question is if you link it with 
8.2 
version is possible use pgBouncer with older(newer) version of postgres?

And how it will be managed when we will integrate 8.3? Will we compile it for 
8.3*?

* 8.3 libpg is not good example, because there is only minor version change in 
libpq, but maybe 8.4 will require recompile.
