In DataCleaner's Swing GUI we sometimes see that opening a job will have
rearranged the order of a InputColumn array (widget with a list of
checkboxes).
Characteristics of cases where we've seen this:
* Configured input columns are mixed physical and virtual.
* In saved .analysis.xml, the virtual columns are placed at the end, but
sometimes it shows up at the top of the checkbox-list.
* Component with configured input has multiple configured input
properties.
