There is a new topic by Schneider315 available at the DataCleaner forum: Simple "Is a column a valid integer?"
------------------- I might be missing a trick, jsut started using this looking for one of the most simple validations is a column within a CSV file an integer. All are defined as string I changed one row to contain an a but cannot get teh DataCleaner to identify this. Convert to number, shows up nothing instead it chops it at the 'a' You can only do a number range conversion afterwards which is no use. Ideally I'm looking for a VALID / INVALID filter on strings if they match an integer (Similar to is_number() in SQL) ------------------- Please visit this URL to follow along in the discussion: http://datacleaner.org/topic/429/Simple--Is-a-column-a-valid-integer-- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "DataCleaner-notify" group.
