With MetaModel 3.4.6, and the upcoming Apache MetaModel 4.0, we have a new
configuration parameter for CSV files: Is multiline values enabled. Since
disabling multilines comes at a performance gain, we should expose this
flag to the UI of DataCleaner as well.
