The existing system to train and learning in the Combines Declares (US) is
a mess. The result from schools is students who still need reformation to
advance in actual life. The estimated figures suggest that 20% of students
end up dropping out. The Assistant of Education is needed to modify the
scenario. To accomplish this, a fundraising of concepts is important.

through the hiring of qualified educating personnel. The schools however
