Kevin Monahan posted the subject 'Cleanse Excel File of specific words and phases' ------------------- I have downloaded and installed DataCleaner. I have an Excel spreadsheet with contact information, about 13 columns in it I'm trying to figure out how to strip out a specific list of words and phases from 3 different columns in the spreadsheet. I have managed to make the Excel file a Data source and see the Data from the file in DataCleaner, but I'm confused on how to strip out the words and phases. I'm thinking I can somehow do it with a Filter, but I can not figure it out. Can anyone give me the steps to do this or provide a link to tutorial that does something like this?
