-------------------

hello, I have very wide csv files with a bunch of fields - some of them are
text fields, some are numeric and some are dates or timestamps. I was hoping to
use data cleaner to analyze the fields as strings and then let it figure it out
data types for every fields automatically and give me report in form of html or
text file.

Is it something I can achieve with data cleaner? Informatica DQ has this
feature btw. It is extremely helpful for ETL development since many ETL tools
require developers to define data types and sizes upfront.

I know i can run a combination of string analyzer, number analyzer and pattern
distribution tool but then one has to look through all these reports and do a
lot of work to guess data types/sizes.
