Dennis replied to subject 'How to find not allowed characters?' ------------------- Hi Berverly, The regex parser is a component found under "Transform"/"Text"/"Regex parser", you can read about it [https://datacleaner.org/resources/docs/5.1/library/regex_parser.html here]. In this case, it would simply contain the value if it is present, then you could report on that. If you want to instead _remove_ those characters, I'd suggest using [file:///C:/Users/dennisd/.datacleaner/5.1.5/documentation/plain_search_replace.html Plain search/replace] for specific characters, or [file:///C:/Users/dennisd/.datacleaner/5.1.5/documentation/remove_unwanted_characters.html Remove unwanted characters] for more general removal of punctuation. ------------------- View the topic online to reply - go to https://datacleaner.org/topic/1101/How-to-find-not-allowed-characters%3F -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "DataCleaner-notify" group.
