Hi, it is "commons-Vfs*.jar" (note the "vfs" not "cfs").
My PDI version is 7.0.0.0-25.
Java -version gives :

C:\Windows\system32>java -version
java version "1.8.0_121"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_121-b13)

And here are the list of "commons-vfs*.jar" in my directories ("répertoires"),
and "Travail" is just my working directory where I install applications)
