A: Stand in the front of a low step simulator or at the lowest of a staircase. 
You could use a ramp or wall to preserve the balance if necessary. Put your 
proper foot on step one.

B: Climb up and contact the step slightly together with your left foot. Whilst 
retaining your right foot on the step, lower your left leg to finish the 
movement. Make 6 to 8 repetitions on every aspect.

Cutting and firming: thighs , glutes and calves.
