Skyngenix • Smaller meals - We often encounter swollen during our PMS periods. 
So, it is advisable to take meals in modest quantities for 4-6 periods over the 
day. You will come across less swollen and complete. 
• Restrict Salt and Sugar - It is our craving for salty and sugary meals that 
enhances especially during now. Restrict sodium consumption to prevent liquid 
preservation and the feeling of swollen out. Excess sugar (candies, cookies, 
jams & jellies, pies, cake, sweets) results in rapid fluctuations in blood 
sugar stages thus aggravating grumpiness and depressive disorders.
