Bug description:
To integrate a full text search into DataFinder using Apache Lucene all three
layers are affected.
To make it available in the DataFinder the following issues need to be solved
in the persistence layer:
- add a search interface to FileStorer
- add a lucene DataStore
- testing of the integration
