of header["Content-length"] is necessary.
current trunk, line 328f:
if not content is None:
header["Content-length"] = len(content)
else:
header["Content-length"] = 0
proposed patch:
if not content is None:
header["Content-length"] = str(len(content))
else:
header["Content-length"] = '0'
