Cannot use SVN repository without any change set.

Bug description:
A SVN repository without any commit is not recognized as valid SVN
repository. The problem is that "svn log" which is used in
datafinder.persistence.adapters.svn.util.cpython.CPythonSubversionWrapper.canBeAccessed
reports an error. Thus, the validation fails.
