That's a real pain that the pastie is no longer around, but I now know
for next time. Hopefully Sam will be able to recap his thinking here
on the mailing list.

I am in agreement that we should use public pasties on the mailing
list (or paste inline for small amounts of code). As a general rule, I
think mailing list content should live on perpetually - as a useful
archive, and for transparency of decisions.
