+1 Here. Dan seems like a great guy, and has done a wonderful job with DM so far. I've had great conversations with Sam and the other guys at Weick, and they've done a great job getting DM off the ground, but the project really needs someone with the time and energy to really spear head it and bring it to the next level, and I think Dan is definitely the guy to do that.
