This task should be supplied by RSpec, hence my suggestion for
installing that. On my OS X system it's located in
/Library/Ruby/Gems/1.8/gems/rspec-1.1.12/lib/spec/rake/spectask.rb

Do you have a similar file in your RSpec install too?
