Dan, Thanks for such a quick reply! Below is a list of the current gems I have installed. My most recent attempts have been with the edge version (as you will notice data_objects is V-0.9.12 and extlib is V-0.9.11). I am running ruby 1.8.6 and MySQL 4.1.20. Recommend to update?
