My SQL Server adapter is at <http://github.com/cjheath/do>, and dm-core, in the 'next' branch or both. I haven't done anything new for a few weeks, and just now updated it to the latest 0.10.0 from the official DM and DO. Something's changed so the tests don't start (I'm investigating now) but it was passing all the DM tests back then. Let me know if you have any problems. It uses the same stack as ActiveRecord's (ODBC/FreeTDS etc) so you can use those instructions to get started, but you'll need to install the gems from a git clone of my projects.
