first some remarks about rails3 and jruby:
webrick and mongrel works with rails3 + jruby + activerecord
last night I was able to get rails3 + jruby + activerecord working in
a servlet engine with a patched jruby-rack library. so it is not there
yet.
if I throw datamapper into the mix I get following error when applying
the template in the benchmarking_adapter:
/home/kristian/.bundle/jruby/1.8/bundler/gems/dm-
rails-6d789ab541218bf52f1038ecd3856026704f4c3b-master/lib/dm-rails/
adapters/benchmarking_adapter.rb:1:18: , unexpected ',' (SyntaxError)
define_method method do |*args, &block|
^
well that does not work under jruby1.4. maybe a bug or a missing
feature. but a workaround is quite easy.
but tell me where you get stuck ?
regards Kristian
