dm-validations build for mysql/jruby1.9 broke with some changes that I
pushed up, though I suspect I am innocent.

It looks like an issue in do-mysql-adapter or dm-migrations? Neither of
those have had their suites run recently, and in the mean time it looks
like jruby has been updated to 1.6.1. dm-validations certainly was not
rerun when going from 1.6.0 -> .1, I had to changes some code to make it
pass. Sorry I don't have a working dev environment to look into it
further at the moment (issues with jruby, not sure what...)
Probably all builds should be re-run on CI?
