Hi guys, A lot of you have created some really interesting community related projects in the past. Now this is a really good opportunity to showcase some of those apps, make a difference in your community and win some really cool prizes. You can even take part if you modify those existing apps to incorporate the Google Places API and you have about 2 months to make that happen (deadline: October 31st). The submission rules are - Submissions *must incorporate the Google Places API* - Submissions *must incorporate publicly available municipal data* - Submissions may be any kind of software application, be it for the *web, a personal computer, a mobile handheld device, or any software platform broadly available to the public*. - Submissions must be in English - Google reserves the right to disqualify any submissions it deems inappropriate to the spirit of the Challenge - Google reserve the right to reject, remove and moderate discussions related to any Submission.
