Hi

Last time I was doing something similar, TOPSY was the solution, but as far
as I remember I was able to use extract one time data based on hash-tag for
an event that had happened three - four months earlier.

I used the library https://code.google.com/p/otterapi/ on top of topsy for
the same.

I think recently they have changes few policies, but this should be worth a
shot.
