Hi Gautam, Here are my first impressions.
It is very hard to make sense of raw numbers. For example, it'll be more useful to show the average value of teachers/school, students/teacher and state average for each along with number of teachers. You could do something similar for other dimensions as well. Looks like the numbers in the circle is an image. It'll be useful to make it text with some CSS style so that it is possible to copy.
