By way of introduction, I am a lawyer by profession, interested in the use
of data for better delivery of public services. So my coding skills are
near zero.

I had come across a crime heat map for a US city, which had set me looking
for something similar for Delhi.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction wrt. city data.
