1. How many national highways are tolled in Karnataka? 2. How many state highways are tolled in Karnataka? 3. Since when BOT model is in practice in Karnataka? 4. Is there any power to state government on regulating toll rates on National highways within the state? 5. Is deciding the toll rate a sole discretion of the construction company? Are there any rules to regulate put in place by GoK/GoI to stop them from fleecing users?
