OpenStreetMap uses several tags to store addresses - http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Map_Features#Addresses I can't think of a single place where you can download a CSV from, but you can extract it with some effort. For instance, I have just added this query into Overpass - http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/3o6 (take a look at the data tab) Also, there's a project called http://openaddresses.io. They have just started and it's covering only the US right now. But if you end up fetching the address data, please consider contributing to OpenAddresses. I'd be happy to help. Cheers, Sajjad.
