HI Nisha, Since this is all about DATA You could add guidelines about correct and recommended procedure to share Data files
attaching / Storing files to a particular location. Since this group is on Google you may even have a public Google drive to dump all Casual / for check / for comments data. before the data is eligible to go to repository.
