Dear Shafeeq,

I have used Census Data (bought from Census) but not the micro data sample 
that you mention. As far as I remember, Census data comes with village 
level information for all districts. So no need to look for household level 
information that can be aggregated upto village level (like in the case of 
NSSO data, where household level information is aggregated into 
state-regions for representativeness). Also, take a look at the last item 
(#12) on the right-hand list of the page you shared. It may have what you 
are looking for.
