Hi, I have been lurking on datameet for quite some time. It's amazing how datameet has become this platform to discuss and engage in open data and mapping discussions. I have been wanting to go to the Delhi meetup but something or the other turns up on the weekend.
Disclaimer: I am one of the people behind ml-india. ml-india <http://ml-india.org> is datameet for the entire ml and analytics ecosystem. We want to bring together people who are researching/learning ml etc into one place so that collaboration and discussion happens. We only launched last week and have got some of the top professors in India and people in corporate in this area to join the discussion group. We also did a Tableau story about Indian publications in the last 15 years in the top tier ml confs. The idea is to get people together and make information flow, similar to how datameet's discussion group works. Do you guys have pointers to how we could improve/maintain the discussion?
