I cannot share any raw or derived data based on the license - but you may 
download freely.  I downloaded the entire dataset (over 800 tiles, then 
converted each from raster to vector).  took over two weeks of processing...

Sharad - I could do the locations you have asked for, but I am beyond busy 
with other projects (sorry I did not post this earlier).  let me know and i 
can start to prep the areas - but it may take me a few days (busy mapping 
Canada, China, and a few other locations).
