Several branches of biological sciences in past have managed to avoid quantitation but starting with large scale epidemiology, agricultural initiatives, to the first sequencing of human genome, now in the omics era several branches of biology find intersection with data-sciences on everyday basis. In fact, a fresh understanding of biological systems is gearing up to change the face of AI. I am interested in three directions of data-analysis and biology related work is one of them.
