Hi Shravan, another option - depending on what you are after - could be to use Devdatta's point data for post offices, voronoi it into polygons, and aggregate by pincode - that might not be the same as official boundaries, but the closest you can get (each locality in India would be assigned to the most proximate postoffice...)
