Hi all,

Would it be possible to use some cloud service where both the
proposals are side-to-side and there is possibility of examining tone,
tenor, language and terminology which is changed between the two.

And as pointed out by a later poster, this seems to be in direct
opposition to the one shared by MHA. I haven't gone through the draft
from DST but from what has been told in the email, this seems to be
better.

Look forward to know what people make of it.
