Dear all,
we had this discussion some time ago, and I fear the situation hasn't
changed - but I wonder whether anyone here can share lat/long
co-ordinates or maps of Census Enumeration Blocks, ie the smallest level
of Census operations?
I am particularly interested in Mumbai...
