Hi All,
I had looked at this site a few months back, and tried to extract the
villages, since it based on a GeoServer Backend.

However, it seems like they have not properly configured the Geoserver, and
it errors out when you try to pull in Vector data from it.

Based on what I've heard about BISAC, they are not really open to sharing
data, and getting this data from them would have a really low probability.
