IMNAL, but Overall this license looks quite ok, except for 6.c & 6.e Does anyone have any idea why they have kept these two things out of OpenData? As long as you don't use them to claim that these organizations endorse you, I would wants that people should be able to use them to depict the organization.
I remember that several years ago, the FBI had an issue with wikipedia using their bureau's seal in its encyclopedia entry. http://mashable.com/2010/08/03/wikipedia-fbi-seal/#G7lfD.XyKuqj Something similar might happen, if these symbols/emblems are out of public domain.
