If you want the road geometries, class and names, you can get the OSM
shapefiles from here:
https://mapzen.com/data/metro-extracts/metro/bengaluru_india/

Would not rely on it for the oneway attribute as OSM has major roads
modeled as parallel roads with opposite oneway directions. Few roads have
speed limits and lane widths, but is incomplete.
