Good morning/afternoon/evening. For those interested (and following) the news on Delhi's air pollution, here is my opinion piece http://thewire.in/77114/air-filters-delhi-pollution
One of the points I raised at the end is that the public bodies (and the media) wake up only on the eve of the episodes and try to find a miracle solution for the next two days or weeks. Nothing really sticks. So, I have a query for the data crawls How do I search newspaper headlines for number of articles they publish with certain search phrase by month and by year? For example Indian Express - http://indianexpress.com Article headlines containing - "Delhi" and "air" and "pollution" Article headlines containing - "Delhi" and "smog" Article headlines containing - "Delhi" and "air" and "quality" Appreciate a line of code or script that I can edit and run.
