Brij, A new dataset I have has a little over 5,300 featues for subdistrict. I do not know the source of the data (*believe is SOI). I have written them yesterdays and asked about the metadata/ copyright on the data. If I do not hear back from them I may just post and then the end user is responsible for the way they use it.
