Hi Vaishnavi,I'm not sure that this is entirely useful for your purpose, but I'm appending an extract from my book /Suicide and Society in India/ which lists the names and contact details of the suicide prevention organisations which I could locate when the book was published in 2011. Most, though not all--especially in Kerala--are in capital cities.
