Hello All, SQLite according to me is one of the best formats to share open data[1], of course other than simple CSVs. Today I found datasette[2], which is an open source python application which can convert any given SQLIte database into a restful server which can serve JSONs. An easy way to share the data you have with the rest of the world. Its read only and hence a great way to share the data. You can see some of the FiveThirtyEight[3] data here. If you ate looking for a simple SQLite DB browser. I have a great recommendation in the form of DB Browser for SQLite.
