Hi All I've been a regular reader of the posts on this group. I've found this group to be very informative for GIS related initiatives.
For past few weeks, I have been deliberating/researching around India-specific challenges that can be solved using data science and advanced analytics. However, for most of these challenges, I don't find relevant or big enough data that can be used for solving it. data.gov.in have many but very small, summarised datasets. These are not good enough to create data-based solutions/products. I'm just getting started in this deliberation, but I feel that many on this forum have much more experience/knowledge on this front. Hence, I'm reaching out to gather some ideas. *In your view, what are some of the most impactful challenges that India needs to overcome AND we have free, relevant, and granular enough data available to try and tackle those? Streaming/ real-time data would be even better!*The second part of the question filters out a lot of use cases... but that's my understanding, and may very well be under-developed.
