Hi friends,

I've released a Windows click-and-launch (ok, double-click) version of this
GTFS Manager tool :
https://github.com/WRI-Cities/static-GTFS-manager/releases

Would there be windows users willing to try it out and share feedback on
whether it worked? Please post feedback with OS details here
<https://github.com/WRI-Cities/static-GTFS-manager/issues/63>.

Also, new videos made to possibly share with contacts in transit agencies :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n8BuDM51QyU
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_JYVtm-6iJg

(waiting for feedback before making more videos to demo all of the features)
